Finally… My Blog

Hello Everyone.
I have been dragging my feet on this
for far to long. Now that the holidays are over, I figured what
better time to actually sit down and work on my blog. I should have
done this two years ago or more — But hey, better late than never,
right? Anyway, the purpose of this blog is simply to keep everyone
informed about all the happenings here at CiaoPaolo.com We also
intend to continually post intersting recipes, video demonstrations,
information on Italian cooking, travel, shopping and more. I will try
to post once daily — I don’t think that is asking too much of
myself. If I don’t keep up with it as I should, I invite you to get
on my back about it. I NEED you all to keep me honest here.
I love my job, my company and what it
stands for. I hope to convey some of that enthusiasm through this
blog so that you too may share in my excitement. I thank you all, my
customers (or family members as you are affectionately known around
here for being part of our lives. Without you, we couldn’t do what we
do.
I hope to hear from you often. I invite
